Shipping Policy – Steadfast Style

Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your order out quickly and accurately.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Production time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Some orders are processed in batches.  These are typically our group sales orders.  Please look at the specific home page for your group with more information on when orders will close and be delivered.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once your order ships with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service.

Typical delivery windows (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

  • Local Pickup (if enabled): Free—details will be sent via email

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Custom Team Orders & Bulk Orders

Team orders, school spirit wear, and bulk apparel orders may have extended production timelines. You will receive communication regarding:

  • Estimated completion date

  • Pickup/shipping arrangements

  • Any required approvals for artwork


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier used

  • Link to track your package

If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Steadfast Style is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible—we may be able to correct it before the order ships.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date or damage.

  2. Include your name, order number, and photos (if applicable).

  3. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.

While Steadfast Style is not responsible for carrier-related issues, we will always do our best to help.


International Shipping

At this time, we offer International Shipping.


Local Pickup (Optional)

If you offer local pickup for school, team, or community orders:

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup

  • Pickup location and hours will be included in the email

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days unless otherwise arranged
